Signs of the Second Coming
- Jesus describing signs that will precede his return. These signs include:
- Wars and rumors of wars.
- Famines, earthquakes, and other natural disasters.
- The rise of false prophets and false messiahs.
- Persecution of believers.
- The spread of the Gospel to all nations.
- Jesus warns that although there will be signs, no one knows the exact day or hour of his return.
- Shut up the words, and seal the book until the time of the end; many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall increase.”
